Supporting young adults in creating a meaningful and purposeful life.
I often hear people saying, “I wish children would learn about the Enneagram to mature in their own capacity and to embrace how we all are different”.
“I wish the Enneagram could be a part of the school system both to support the children and the teachers” and I know about parents who uses the Enneagram to create a solid foundation in the family to personal growth and development – both for themselves, the child and their own parrents.
The Enneagram Next Next Generation Project is to support the child, parents and family with the wisdom and beauty of the Enneagram
Background and Introduction
It is our ambition to support young people in the age group from 15 to 30 with insights, practices, theories, and processes to create a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
We do that by offering workshops, training, podcasts, meetings and conversations through donations making it close to free to participate.
Through focus-groups we havelarneds a few things about the form and structure approaching the young people and one of the important elements is, that they don’t want to do more tranitional school. Therefor the teaching model is very close to “salons” where the focus is the dialogue and what we call “philosophical conversation” where we are not looking to be right or better but train our inborn curiosity.
An other important learning is that “change takes time” and that the young people don’t mind that learning about themselves is not a project that has to be measured.
In the beginning, this was somewhat of a surprise, but by the creation of a safe space for conversation and sharing, both the giving AND the receiving part became equally important.
The project was started in Denmark and is based on the Scandinavian teaching and learning-model. This model is about being equal in all levels and to embrace different learning and behavioral styles. We also approach the young person with an 360 degree approach, where we have program for the individual parent, the relationship and family and for teachers.
We hope to broaden our work to the rest of the world, and if you see your self being a part of our project please give us a call.

The founder Flemming Christensen
Flemming Christensen is the founder of The Enneagram next Next Generation Project.
For decades Flemming has been teaching the Enneagram and is the founder of THINK ABOUT IT and The Enneagram Institute of Denmark. He is internationally recognized for combining the original teachings of the Enneagram with modern psychology in leadership, team development, coaching, personal growth, and relationships.
