Tamer Zanaty: “AI can help us develop awareness on all socioecomonic levels with the Enneagram”

Tamer Zanaty

I don’t believe that our type is our mission. But I believe that it’s one of the keys that can help us to understand our mission. I’m a big believer that there is no one system or one theory that can explain everything. The Enneagram is a great system. But still it does not explain everything.

✔ Generosity and the Enneagram Lineage

✔ How the Enneagram can be the best tool for diversity and facilitating different perspectives

✔ Tamer Zanaty´s deep wish for research in the field of the Enneagram

Tamer Zanaty quotes from the podcast

Tamer Zanaty:

“I started with coaching before the Enneagram. The Enneagram came as the system that helped me to understand more the needs of individuals.

So now I started to deal with these amazing leaders as a human and started to understand their needs and actually help them by giving them more time into overcoming the challenge that they face into working within the team as as a player or a musician in a band rather than a solo musician.

And it helped a lot within few months.

We came up with the strategic plan and we had the town hall for the company.”

Enneagram type and missions

Tamer Zanaty:

“I don’t believe that our type is our mission. But I believe that it’s one of the keys that can help us to understand our mission.

It’s one of the keys, not the only key. I’m a big believer that there is no one system or one theory that can explain everything.

Enneagram is a great system. But still it does not explain everything. It doesn’t explain why I like coffee and others don’t.

It doesn’t explain why I have a certain cultural beliefs that is different than yours, because here the impact of the culture, we can share the same type, but I was raised in a different culture and affected by different things.

So even if we share the same type, the same instinct, the same wings, I mean, whatever, we still can have different missions in life.

I believe the mission is something like the fingerprint. It’s more very related to me, but also there are keys that help me to find it. Enneagram is one of the important, one of them.”

The world need the Enneagram

Tamer Zanaty:

“I think the world is really in need the Enneagram this moment.

And the human history to see different perspective rather than sticking to our own perspectives of things and nothing is better than the Enneagram to facilitate that process.”

Artificial Intelligence and the Enneagram

Tamer Zanaty:

I’m one of the people who get excited about the future all the time and the development in all fields, whether in the Enneagram field or in technology or in other sciences.

It would be interesting to use new technologies in the Enneagram. Like artificial intelligence.
How can we make better assessments using artificial intelligence?

How can we take Enneagram coaching to segments that cannot access coaching due to affordability using technology, using artificial intelligence?

I mean, it will not replace human intervention, but it will bring access to the bottom of the pyramids.

And that will create awareness on all levels.

So if really leaders in organizations or maybe people that belongs to the upper socioeconomical class can afford Enneagram coaching, why not using the technology to make it affordable to lower socioeconomical classes and the base of the pyramid in the organization?

So instead of only developing the awareness of the top layer, developing the awareness on all levels.”
