Bring your professional work with the Enneagram to the next level
Have you ever wondered how to apply blind Enneagram type insights directly in your coaching, teaching, or consulting practice?
Every professional works with hidden dynamics, unspoken resistance, and untapped potential in the individuals and teams they serve. With the right training, you can learn to recognize how the blind type shapes these dynamics — and use it as a key to open deeper growth, stronger collaboration, and more authentic leadership.
Your client’s blind Enneagram type stores neglected human skills that can be uncovered and transformed into resources, and your own blind type influences how you show up in your professional role. Learning to navigate both gives you greater presence, authenticity, and effectiveness.
By combining Flemming Christensen’s original teachings on the blind type with practical methods for dialogue, assessment, team facilitation, and curriculum design, this advanced training offers a unique opportunity to integrate the Enneagram into your professional practice.
This is the only training of its kind designed to help coaches, trainers, and consultants master the professional applications of the blind type — from working with individuals to guiding entire teams and organizations. It provides a practical and holistic approach to expanding your professional skills while deepening your own integration.

Description of
the training
Until now, professional Enneagram work has focused on applying knowledge of type and blind type at the level of the individual. In other words, the exploration has mainly been about how the blind type influences your personal growth and self-understanding. What has been missing is a systematic way of working with the blind type in coaching, teaching, consulting, and team development — where the patterns of resistance, potential, and transformation often unfold most clearly.
This training is about advancing your mastery of the Enneagram by learning how to apply blind type knowledge in professional practice. You will explore frameworks for uncovering resistance, dialogue methods for individuals, groups, and teams, and assessment tools that support safe discovery and integration. You will also learn how blind type dynamics shape collaboration, conflict, and leadership, and how your own blind type impacts the way you show up as a professional.
You will take your professional use of the Enneagram to a new level and, at the same time, develop your own methods and teaching stories that integrate blind type awareness into leadership programs, workshops, and coaching models. In this way, Part 2 expands the Enneagram from a personal discovery to a powerful professional framework for transformation, authenticity, and growth.
- Online training will be 6 modules from 7 PM to 10 PM CET.
- A total of 40 hours of training, study, and assessment and a diploma / certificate of participation at the end of the training. Use the 40 hours in your Enneagram Accreditation.
- Edited recording from each session (where we, on request, edit out student’s personal sharings).
- Pre-material consists of suggested reading and online quizzes to prepare you for the training. This is suggested preparation and not mandatory.
- Personal coaching for some students who volunteer to be coached by Flemming Christensen for demonstration and learning purposes for the whole group of participants. These coaching demonstrations will be part of the recorded videos available for students afterward.

Structure of the training
Module One
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of the narratives created by your blind type. This is about how each blind type forms unconscious stories of limitation or resistance, shaping how you see yourself and the world. Learn how to recognize these stories with clarity and how to reframe them into openings for greater freedom, so that what once felt restrictive now becomes a path toward your own hidden resources and strengths.
Uncover new methods for transforming limitations into resources. This is about how the blind type not only carries challenges but also contains the entry points to overlooked human qualities and capabilities. Learn how to use these keys to shift your blind type narratives into new possibilities, turning doubt into reflection, rigidity into clarity, and avoidance into presence. By integrating these resources, you create a deeper connection to the full range of your psychological skills and powers.
Module Two
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of how to guide others in discovering their blind type. This is about how each person holds a hidden structure of patterns and defenses that can be revealed through careful and respectful exploration. Learn how to design and use assessments that help clients uncover these structures without judgment, creating safety and trust in the process.
Uncover new exercises for integrating blind type awareness in a supportive way. This is about how structured questions, reflective dialogues, and experiential practices can open access to the hidden qualities of the blind type. Learn how to apply these tools so that clients not only see their blind type with clarity but also experience it as a source of growth and integration. By using these assessments, you support clients in expanding their personal range of psychological skills and human resources.
Module Three
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of how unconscious resistance is shaped by the blind type and the Enneagram Life Theme. This is about how each type combination carries built-in defenses and protective strategies that can subtly block development. Learn how to recognize these resistances as natural expressions of the blind type, and how to meet them with clarity and presence rather than force or avoidance.
Uncover new frameworks for transforming resistance into deeper engagement. This is about how the blind type and the Life Theme can be understood as holding both the tension and the key to growth. Learn practical approaches for working with resistance as a signal, guiding you and your clients into new psychological territory. By applying these frameworks, you support a shift where obstacles become invitations, and unconscious resistance becomes a doorway to personal and professional expansion.
Module Four
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of how the blind type influences collaboration, communication, and leadership. This is about how hidden patterns shape the way teams communicate, make decisions, and handle pressure. Learn how to recognize the role of blind types in team dynamics and how to work with these unseen forces to create stronger and more balanced collaboration.
Uncover new perspectives on how blind types shape both challenges and opportunities in teams. This is about how unrecognized patterns can lead to misunderstandings, competition, or breakdowns in trust, but also carry the potential for innovation, resilience, and shared leadership. Learn how to work with these dynamics in a way that turns conflict into constructive dialogue and blind spots into collective strengths. By practicing these approaches, you will be able to guide teams toward deeper alignment, clarity, and sustainable growth.
Module Five
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of how your own blind type impacts the way you work as a coach, teacher, or consultant. This is about how hidden patterns shape your presence, influence your methods, and affect the trust you create with clients and participants. Learn how to recognize where your blind type shows up in your professional role and how to bring awareness to the places where you may unconsciously teach what you have not yet integrated yourself.
Uncover new ways of aligning your professional role with authentic practice. This is about how to walk the talk by working actively with your own blind type rather than bypassing it. Learn how to transform blind type limitations into deeper presence, humility, and credibility, so that your clients and participants experience not only your knowledge but also your lived integration. By doing this work, you expand your ability to serve others with clarity, compassion, and authenticity.
Module Six
Learn a more precise and deeper understanding of how to design your own methods based on blind type dynamics. This is about how coaches, teachers, and consultants can create exercises that draw directly on the insights of the blind type, shaping practices that speak to the needs of their clients and participants. Learn how to develop new formats that are tailored to your specific context and professional style, so that blind type work becomes a living part of your own approach.
Uncover new ways to integrate blind type knowledge into your professional frameworks. This is about how to build curricula that include blind type awareness in leadership programs, workshops, or therapy models, and how to use strategic storytelling as a teaching tool. Learn how to craft stories that reveal blind type narratives and open the door to transformation, making the material both memorable and impactful. By designing your own methods, you will create a unique and authentic way of working that strengthens your role and deepens the value you offer.
